Lenovo Idea Pad 3 Laptop.

An ‘Idea Centre’ laptop featuring 8 gigabytes of RAM, HEXA core CPU and 128 Gigabyte NVMe Solid State Hard Disk

 

Although with very occasional quest drummer appearance, drums and keyboards are now consequently a pre-recorded sequenced click track.

 

The computer has been loaded with Cubase 13 Artist by Steinberg. Utilising Halion Sonic Virtual Studio Instrument. This has replaced traditional keyboard sounds.

 

Drums are programmed by the industry leading Superior Drummer 3 by Toontrack and encompass ‘WAVES’ audio plug ins in addition. Although a portion of the drums have been played live by quest drummer ‘Wendel’ a large portion of the drums have been manually programmed by Scary Clown or converted from audio loops utilising the software by Red Devil. Red Devil also had significant involvement in loop and pattern selection.

The audio of the laptop is split via a Behringer Uphoria UMC204HD digital audio convertor and a monitor feed given to quest drummer. Audio is then fed in to public address system via a Behringer D.I. box with the click being fed to the monitors.

 

All keyboards sequenced by Red Devil. Drums by former drummer ‘Wendel’ and Scary Clown. Drum loop selection and conversion by Red Devil.
